ALL PROPERTY MONTENEGRO Company is seeking to expand its presence to new markets and offer its services to customers that are interested in Montenegro real estate. We successfully cooperate with realtors located in various countries around the world and we are always willing to obtain new partners. Our company offers beneficial terms and conditions for cooperation both with legal bodies (real estate agencies, tourist agencies, investment, consulting, and financial companies) and natural persons (realtors, financial and investment consultants, and brokers), as well as with anyone willing to gain profit on the real estate market.

We offer three ways of cooperation:

  • Partner
  • Regional partner
  • Internet partner

ALLPROPERTY MONTENEGRO Company shall:

  • Upon the conclusion of a cooperation agreement provide comprehensive information required for advertising activities and operation (the description of working processes, the data base of properties, technical information and layouts, articles, analytics, photos), as well as advertising and information materials required to carry out work within the scope of the undersigned agreement;
  • During the performance of the contract provide informational support and additional information pertaining to the changes in Montenegro Law, pricing policy of the country, as well as communicate Montenegro business news and real estate market trends;
  • Select real estate properties according to the requirements of Your Customers;
  • Present real estate properties to the Customer that come to Montenegro and provide them with comprehensive support (accommodation, car rent, etc.);
  • Notify within 3 days about any changes pertaining to the real estate properties (price, sale terms, etc.) and other conditions: the Buyer was found by our company or a third party; a property was removed from sale under other circumstances that may influence performance under the agreement (market trend changes, changes in the affective legislation, etc.);
  • Reserve real estate properties for particular Customers, provided they entered into agreement, which was registered in court and stipulates that Customer shall purchase property rights for the respective real estate or Customer made a minimal advance payment;
  • Organize technical and legal support of the transactions on the territory of Montenegro, banking support, assistance in paperwork procedures carried out by local authorities, and other services aimed to support a sales transaction or any other transaction with the aim to obtain real estate property rights;
  • Inform about every stage of a transaction until the transaction is closed. Within 3 banking days upon the conclusion of the agreement and/or the receipt of monetary funds deposited (transferred) by a Buyer to the advantage of ALLPROPERTY Company (property owner), provide information about all the deposited (transferred) monetary funds, stating serial number and execution date of the property rights sales agreement, as well as the information about terminated agreements and reasons for termination thereof;
  • Pay award during 3 banking days upon the receipt of the award from Buyer or Seller of the real estate;
  • Observe terms and conditions of the agreement at all times.

Regardless of the cooperation form that you have chosen (except for Internet partnership) we expect you to observe the following guidelines:

  • Initiatively search for the customers;
  • At your own costs and with your own efforts, and by all available legal means search for the potential Buyers (natural persons and legal bodies) that would enter into the agreement on the purchase of real estate in Montenegro with ALL PROPERTY MONTENEGRO Company (owners of the real estate). Above all, you may use advertising in mass media, Internet, and your proper network of agents. Herewith, you select advertising placements at your own and determine terms and frequency of exposure;
  • Inform potential Buyers about activities and services provided by ALL PROPERTY MONTENEGRO Company, types of the real estate being on sale, its prices, terms and conditions for purchasing the properties according to the law of Montenegro;
  • Provide support to the potential Buyers in choosing the required property, communicate duly terms and conditions of the purchase to the Buyers;
  • Communicate to the Buyers only valid information about real estate properties;
  • Timely inform your VIP-customers about all the special sales offers and direct the potential Buyers to ALL PROPERTY MONTENEGRO Company. The transfer of the potential Buyers is carried out in the following way. So far as you find potential Buyers, you forward the list of potential Buyers stating their names, phone numbers, and e-mails via e-mail. The potential Buyers on the aforementioned list(s), as well as their family members that purchased one or more real estate properties shall be deemed Buyers found by you. The persons affiliated to the Buyers are also considered the potential Buyers;
  • Immediately inform ALL PROPERTY MONTENEGRO Company about any difficulties or obstacles that emerge during the performance of this agreement and make every reasonable effort to overcome them;
  • At our request provide all the required information about the search for the potential Buyers and in general about the performance under the executed agreement; the information may be provided in writing as well if ALL PROPERTY MONTENEGRO Company considers such form required for the duly performance of the agreement;
  • Communication means that provide quality level of information transfer, such as mobile phones, Skype, ICQ shall be available at all times;
  • Ensure that the Buyers observe their obligations, including actual payment under the master agreement registered in the court of Montenegro, under preliminary property sales agreement, or under other agreement aimed at the purchase of real estate property rights;
  • Observe economic interests and keep business secrets stipulated by the cooperation agreement.

1. PARTNER. It is not import how old you are and what you do. It is important that you have a desire to earn money. If you cooperate with us, you may be your boss and colleague in one, and determine your working schedule yourself.

In order to become a Partner, it is required to:

  • Study main principles and rules of cooperation of ALL PROPERTY MONTENEGRO Company with the potential buyers, as well as the required information about Montenegro and Montenegro real estate so that you are able to adequately inform the buyers;
  • Publish information about our listings in your catalogues, on your web-site, participate in various discussions in forums and discussion boards, etc.;
  • Occasionally provide consultations and answer to the questions of the potential buyers of the real estate;
  • Meet your commitments strictly and follow terms and conditions of the agreement.

Our offer to the Partners: 25% of ALL PROPERTY MONTENEGRO Company profit less the direct costs associated with a transaction.

2. Regional Partner. Your enterprise shall be duly registered by the respective authorities and you shall operate in real estate market for more than one year. Special knowledge and skills are required!

In order to become a Regional Partner, it is required to:

  • Lease or own a decent office equipped for the reception of customers during the whole working day;
  • Study main principles and rules of cooperation of ALL PROPERTY MONTENEGRO Company with the potential buyers, as well as the required information about Montenegro and Montenegro real estate so that you are able to adequately inform the buyers;
  • Occasionally publish (under our prior approval) in mass media and Internet, including advertising boards, the information about real estate listings of ALL PROPERTY MONTENEGRO Company;
  • Organize and carry out advertising campaigns in your region;
  • Place the approved information about our company or references to it in your advertising materials;
  • Under our request provide a report on the advertising campaigns and their results;
  • Participate in fairs and exhibitions.

Our offer to the Regional Partners: 50% of the award actually received by the company less the direct costs associated with a transaction.

Based on the results of our cooperation (after a year), we may offer you, if you are interested in this offer, to become an exclusive representative of our company in your region.

3. Internet-Partner. You are an owner of a web-site or Internet blog. The cooperation with our company is a real way to earn money together. We are paying for customers that were referred from your web-site. We will always be aware that a customer was refereed by you, because we will be using a referral ID attributed to you. You are getting paid an interest from each transaction between a real estate seller and a buyer referred from your web-site.

In order to become an Internet partner, it is required to:

  • Place our banner or links pointing to our web-site (text links, graphical or dynamic links – it does not matter) on your blog or web-site.

Our offer to the Internet Partners:

  • 25% of the total award less the direct costs associated with a transaction.

Warning! The award will not be paid out if:

  • The visitor is already our partner or this person visited our site before via a link of another partner.

The award in foreign currency (euro) will be paid out by any payment method, which is acceptable for you, during 3 working days upon the conclusion of the agreement and/ or the receipt of monetary funds deposited (transferred) by a Buyer to the advantage of ALL PROPERTY MONTENEGRO Company (owner of the Property).

We do not collaborate with Internet sites that contain pornographic materials, promote violence, racial, gender, religious, and other types of discrimination, or carry out any other activities that are directly prohibited by the Law of the Russian Federation, or violate copyright laws.

The rights, responsibilities, liabilities, awards, and other aspects of cooperation may be adjusted with each partner personally. The aforementioned conditions will be stipulated by the respective cooperation agreements.
